Last night, I saw and enjoyed The September Issue. The documentary profiles the Vogue staff as they put together their September 2007 issue, their biggest issue to date. I really love documentaries- Mad Hot Ballroom and Spellbound are two of my favorites. That being said, today I saw the trailer for Waking Sleeping Beauty- a doc that chronicles Disney's successful animation comeback that started in the mid-80's and lasted for a decade,
Just as entertaining as it was to see the inner workings of a magazine last night, I bet it will be all the more enchanting to get a look inside the magical world of Disney. I'll certainly be seeing this one.
